Shipping And Handling: All Neways Europe Products are shipped from Neways distributing centre in Belgium.
Delivery: To your home: Your parcel will be delivered directly to your home address, as stated on your order form. If you are not at home to collect your parcel then a note will be left explaining what to do next. 
Delivery: To an alternative address Your order can be drop-shipped to an alternative address, for example, you may wish to send the order directly to a friend or your place of work.
Delivery Schedule: We will normally process your order within 24 hours, and then your order is shipped and should reach you within a maximum of 5-8 working days.

Returns Policy: PureNewYou will offer refunds on any products in line with the Direct Selling Association's Code of Business Conduct. In addition, to warranties or guarantees given by law, Neways guarantees its products as to satisfactory quality of manufacture. If a customers of Purenewyou.com is not satisfied with a product for any reason, it may be returned for a 100% refund if written notice of cancellation is e-mailed within 14 days of receipt. In such an event Purenewyou.com will co-operate with Neways to honour the Neway's customer replacement policy.
We will not refund for empty product containers.
